Here I am back tracking again... will I ever get caught up!? haha! But I know I want all these pictures, so backtracking it is!
The Valentine's that we made together. They took quite a long time to do, but they turned out so cute! I love crafting with my girl.
Over the long weekend we had Uncle Ian's memorial service. It was an excellent celebration of life, and honoured him well. We will miss him.Luke came up with the girls for a night. Jon convinced them all to get outside and go for a walk down the beach - I was impressed with his persistence! They were all very reluctant haha! It was pretty chilly out. But down they went, and they came back full of smiles, so they must have had fun! (I stayed home and prepped brunch the next day)
This picture kills me. If you look closely, can you see you the pouting 3 year old in the background?! Jon said she was upset for a minute but bounced back quickly, and he just happened to get it by accident in the background. Too funny! But aren't these handsome brothers?!
The little ones watched Paw Patrol for a while and Jon and Luke went to Duncan and I got to spend some one on one time with this beauty. I love this girl SO much! We played war and had a lot of fun
Princesses watching their show together!
This is what the boys came home with. Luke was craving donuts so they stopped haha! Yum!
Bedtime story
I didn't take ANY pictures, which is really too bad! But on Monday I made a fancy brunch for the family to celebrate Jon's birthday! I had secret plans to take him away next weekend on the actual day, so this was worked best for everyone. The spread was pretty delicious! I was so happy that everything turned out good and that I was able to do something special for Jon with his family! That afternoon our church has its annual road hockey community event. Scott worked hard that morning to set up a sledding hill for the kids, and there was food and bonfires. I love my church and community.
Calea and Aimee were pretending to be Q. and she did not like it haha!
Love this woman. So grateful for her friendship.
Happy Family Day :)
Any chance she has to hold Holly, she take it. She LOVES this little one! Holly however was not loving the cold haha
Licking the beater after I made muffins that mornings :) (apple spice, Q's favorite!)
We got Q a new heart dress for Valentines Day and she was over the moon about a new dress and put it on right away. Sweet girl
She also got a heart full of Smarties, her favorite treat. We all had cards for each other (Jon and Q made one for me and I LOVE it!). I love this family of mine and I am just so thankful for them.
Never a dull moment with this spunky girl!!!!
