Christmas Day with Lampards

We headed down to Victoria at lunchtime to have Christmas with the Lampards! Quinnlyn was very excited to see her cousins - she loves Kenna and Madi so much and talks about them constantly. Cousin love is the best. A friend for life!

I took a few pictures with my phone and then I took some pictures off of Tim's camera, so these will be a bit out of order! But it was a lovely afternoon/evening with our family!

Aimee was playing piano with Makenna and Quinnlyn desperately wanted to play too.
Christmas cracker crowns! Look at that smile. Nice one kid!
Luke took my phone at one point - this is one of many silly selfies on there!

Quinny's present from Calea was this pretty "princess party dress" as she calls it, and it came with a matching one for her baby! And then also this mat with bowling pins. The girls were into bowling for a while before they decided to use the mat to pretend sleep on instead. Cuties!!
I can't remember who found them, but someone at some point found Madi and Q taking pictures of each other in the kitchen in the dark by themselves! haha! This is the one that Madi took of Q. So so so funny!
Jon and I stayed up late playing games with Aimee and Calea. Jon had crazy eyes here, yikes! Lots of laughs with this game.

The girls LOVE reading Pete the Cat at Nannie's house! Quinny always wants to read the "back to school" one. I have no idea where Lois finds these books, but she is the best at book giving! Here is Madi holding tightly to her new awesome book!
Brothers and best friends.
We got Madi this Olaf blanket - big hit!
Quinny opening up her pretty dress and immediately wanting to wear it! On the table you kind of see wooden toys - that was her gift from Aimee. It's wooden food for her kitchen - eggs and condiments and such! Very cool

Dancing and singing in her new princess party dress
Love being a part of this family. They are amazing and I adore each of them.
The gorgeous Christmas table! Lois is the best at decorating the Christmas table. It's beautiful and she does it because she also delights in her family and doing special things for them. I aspire to be like her. She is an incredible mother to her adult children.

And this is how the day ended - sleeping sweetly, all cozy and safe in bed. Thank you God for the birth of your precious son. Today, we celebrated His birth and it was a joyful celebration
